Employee Wellness Coordinator
Job Summary: The Wellness Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the fitness and wellness programs to include nutrition coaching, customized fitness, and mental health programming, personal/small group training, fitness assessment, non-credit instructional programs, special events, incentive programs, group exercise instruction and specialty fitness classes, while assisting with other operational needs of the Human Resources Office.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree (4 years) by time of hire; Experience: Two or more years of experience overseeing fitness and wellness programming in a college or university setting. Experience and willingness to teach a wide variety of group exercise classes, small group training programs, and work with clients with a variety of needs and abilities. Valid driver's license.
